This photo of a Poplar Kitten moth larva on a poplar leaf was taken by Roger Wasley using a Canon EOS 300D digital with Canon 50mm macro lens.
Standing up on it's prolegs it looks a bit like a missing link between the
dinosaurs and butterflies! A caterpillarsaurus perhaps. Look you can almost see
the terrifying jaws and razor sharp teeth... I knew this coffee was too strong.
